Nature's Comeback — Comeback Club: Official Rules

These Official Rules govern the Comeback Club, a story submission and feature program operated by Nature's Comeback ("we," "us," "our"). By submitting a story, you agree to these Official Rules in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.

1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. One entry per person. Void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter
Submit your story through the form at Comeback Club. Entries must be your own true, personal story, submitted in your own words. If we have reason to believe an entry is false, exaggerated, or not genuinely your own, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to void that submission, and it will not be considered for selection. We do not require a purchase to enter, and purchasing a product does not improve your odds of being selected.

3. Automatic Club Membership
By submitting an entry, you are automatically enrolled in the Comeback Club and added to our marketing email list, regardless of whether your story is selected for a feature. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; unsubscribing does not remove you from the Club or affect any previously submitted entry.

4. Selection Process
Winners are selected at our own discretion, not through a random drawing. Each week, a member of our team reviews new eligible submissions and selects one story for feature, based on the strength, authenticity, and clarity of the story. Decisions are final. We are not obligated to select an entry every week and may pause, skip, or combine feature weeks at our discretion. Each submission remains eligible for selection for three (3) months from its submission date. If not selected within that window, the entry is no longer eligible; you're welcome to submit a new entry after the three-month period has passed.

5. Content Review and Health Claims
We reserve the right to decline, edit, or decline to publish any submission for any reason, including but not limited to length, clarity, or content we determine is inaccurate, offensive, or unverifiable. We do not publish stories that make specific medical, diagnostic, or treatment claims (for example, claims that a product cured, treated, or prevented a medical condition). We may ask you to revise language before a story is featured.

6. Content License
By submitting a story and/or photo, you grant Nature's Comeback a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to edit, reproduce, publish, and display your story, photo, and any accompanying name or social handle across our website, blog, email newsletter, and social media channels, in any format now known or later developed. This license survives even if you are not selected for a feature, later close your account, or unsubscribe from marketing emails. No additional compensation is owed beyond the prize described in Section 7, even if your content is used more than once or after the initial feature.

We will not use artificial intelligence to alter, generate, or edit your likeness (your photo or any depiction of your face or body) without your separate, explicit permission. This restriction applies specifically to your likeness, it does not limit our ability to edit the written story for length, clarity, or grammar as described in Section 5.

We will only publish your story and photo on Nature's Comeback's own website and official social media accounts. We do not license, sell, or distribute your content to other publications, brands, or third-party channels. If your story is shared, reposted, or picked up by an outlet or account outside of Nature's Comeback, that redistribution is outside our control and not something we authorize or are responsible for.

7. Prize
The selected storyteller each week receives: two (2) months of Nature's Comeback product (approximate retail value $120) and a $200 gift card. Total approximate retail value of each weekly prize: $300. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. We are responsible for shipping the physical product prize; gift cards will be issued electronically unless otherwise stated.

8. Tax Responsibility
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes on prizes received. If the total value of prizes awarded to a single winner in a calendar year meets or exceeds the applicable IRS threshold, we may request a completed Form W-9 and will issue a Form 1099 as required by law.

9. Notification
We will only contact entrants whose story is selected for a feature, using the email address provided at entry. We do not notify entrants whose submissions are not selected or are voided under Section 2. If we are unable to reach a selected entrant within [7] days, we reserve the right to select an alternate story for that week.

10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes your consent to the use of your name, city/state, story, and photo for advertising and promotional purposes by Nature's Comeback US without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. General Conditions
Nature's Comeback reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Comeback Club at any time, for any reason, without notice. We are not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed submissions, or entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted through unauthorized means.

12. Disputes and Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of [your state], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this promotion will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [your county/state].
