Refund policy

I would like to return my order. What should I do?

We want you to love our snacks, but we totally get if it’s not your cup of tea. Because our products are perishable, we unfortunately can’t accept returns. Once our snacks leave us and head your way, under food and safety regulations, we can’t take them back.

That said, we want to hear from you to see how we can improve and help. Please send us an email at hello@natures-comeback.com with your order number and reason for wanting to return. 

If you have any other issues with the product, we’re sorry to hear that, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery and we will do our best to help however we can. 

 

I just want to report an issue and talk to someone.

We keep our doors open to all feedback. Please email us at hello@natures-comeback.com and we’ll try our best to get back to you within 5-7 business days. 

 

I accidentally ordered or placed the incorrect delivery address. HELP!

For cancellation/ address changes, we can usually cancel or update your order if you reach out before it ships. Just email us ASAP at hello@natures-comeback.com with “Cancellation / Address Change” in the subject line so we know to jump on it quickly.

Once your order is out the door, it’s mostly out of our hands but we’ll still do our best to help however we can.
